National Apprenticeship Week 2024
During this National Apprenticeship Week, we at Social Care Recruitment are excited to highlight the recent achievements of our apprentices and former apprentices. We aim to underscore the immense value apprenticeships bring not only to businesses but also to the individuals undertaking them. Join us as we celebrate the success of our apprentices and showcase the pivotal role apprenticeships play in fostering growth and development for both businesses and apprentices alike.
Our previous apprentice, Joanna, has recently accomplished a remarkable feat by graduating with distinction in her Level 3 Business Administration qualification. Since then, she has seamlessly integrated into our team, specifically excelling on the East Midlands temp desk. Her responsibilities now include candidate registration, compliance fulfilment, shift management, and overseeing payroll for the desk. Joanna is actively engaged with candidates across various locations including Leicester, Derby, Coventry, Northamptonshire, and Peterborough. Following the completion of her apprenticeship, she was swiftly promoted to the role of Trainee Recruitment Consultant, solidifying her position as a valuable member of our team on a full-time basis.
Our current apprentice, Ella, has been an integral part of our team for the past 10 months, focusing her efforts on the West Midlands temp desk. During this time, she has diligently handled candidate registrations, ensured compliance, and managed payslips to provide essential support to her desk. Additionally, Ella has been actively involved in temp-to-perm placements, contributing to our recruitment efforts. Currently, she is engaged in registering candidates across key areas such as Birmingham, Stoke, Telford, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Kidderminster, and Walsall. With her dedication and progress, Ella is closely following in Joanna’s footsteps, aiming to complete her apprenticeship this summer and transition into the role of Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
