I am recruiting for an experienced and quality focused Deputy Manager for a Residential Home in the Coventry area.
We are looking for a qualified Deputy Manager or a Strong Team Leader / Senior Care Assistant who can assist the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the home.
For the right candidate the salary is up to £29,000
The Deputy Manager must have
- Level 3 Health and Social Care (Essential)
- Prior experience as Deputy Manager of a Residential Home (Preferred)
- Prior experience as Team Leader / Senior Care Assistant (Essential)
- Strong organisational skills
- Good understanding about CQC regulations
- Drivers (Preferred)
