Senior Registered Manager – Children’s Services
Derbyshire
£55,000 plus £70,000 bonus
We are recruiting for a Senior Registered Manager to join our team at our Derby homes.
Senior Registered Manager responsibilities include:
- The daily running of the homes
- Staff management
- Budgets
- Ensuring that a high standard of care is maintained at all times
- Compliance with all current legislation relating
The successful candidate must have:
- 2 Years management experience within young people’s services
- An established record of consistently achieving Good/Outstanding ratings from Ofsted
- Have completed the RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership + Management / ILM Level 5
- Excellent working knowledge of children’s homes national minimum standards and the Children’s Act 2010
