£25,000 – £35,000 plus uncapped bonus

We are looking for an energetic Recruitment Consultant to manage our Temporary Desk.

We are looking for hungry candidates, who have strong relationship building skills and thrive in fast pace environment with a steep learning curve. Recruitment experience is desirable especially if you have experience working on a temporary division, however is NOT essential .Previous account management, customer service and sales skills would certainly give candidates an advantage.

Your key role will be to ensure we grow our temporary presence in the Midlands through business development and registering new temporary workers within the Social Care Sector.
