I am recruiting for an experienced and quality focused Operations Manager for a fantastic Nursing & Residential care service based in Torquay.
The Operations Manager will be offered a fantastic salary of between £45,000 – £55,000
The Operations Manager must have
- Prior experience at Registered Manager level, preferably within Nursing & Residential settings but other sectors within care will be considered
- Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award
- Strong staff management skills
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation and regulatory requirements
- Enthusiasm, passion and determination to achieve Outstanding and deliver the highest quality person centred care.
