£70,000 – £80,000

I am recruiting for an experienced and quality focused Operations Director for a fantastic group of residential and supported living service in the Midlands area.

Our client provides residential and supported living care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Physical Disabilities and aims to encourage service users to live as independently as possible.

The Operations Director will be offered a fantastic salary of up to £80,000.

The Operations Director must have

  • Prior experience at in an operations position, preferably Autism or Learning Disabilities but other sectors within care will be considered
  • Level 7 in Strategic Management is preferred
  • Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award
  • Strong staff management skills
  • Experience of managing multiple sites
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Enthusiasm, passion and determination to achieve Outstanding and deliver the highest quality person centred care.
