I am recruiting for an experienced and quality focused Deputy Manager for a supported living setting in the Salisbury area.
We are looking for a qualified Deputy Manager or a Strong Senior Support Worker who can assist the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the service.
For the right candidate the salary is up to £32,000. This is inclusive of 2 sleep-ins per week.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a senior role within the social care industry, supporting individuals with a learning disability.
- Experience in managing, supervising or team coordination in supported living services
- A strong knowledge of the Care Inspectorate and CQC regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident, articulate, and professional
- Keenness to learn in a fast-paced environment and creatively solve problems
- Desire to embrace our values and vision at all times
