Head of Operations – Children’s Residential
London
£65,000 – £85,000 plus bonuses and benefits
We are seeking a Head of Operations to lead our residential children’s homes, semi-independent living accommodations and Residential Family Centre.

You must be an experienced leader with evidence of strategic leadership in a multi-site organisation, preferably within Children’s Services. It is important that you can evidence your strong track record of working with a diverse range of stakeholders to implement processes to achieve efficient service, commercial growth and financial sustainability.
You must have a strong drive to provide high quality services for children, young people and families.
You must also have substantial experience multi-site managing children’s services.
The post-holder will have overall management responsibility for residential children’s homes, semi-independent accommodations, residential family centre and independent fostering agency.
The post holder will ensure the highest possible standards of care, quality, compliance and professionalism are embedded throughout the operation. They will be able to handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously. They must be collaborative, with the ability to build strong and sustainable relationships at all levels.
The post holder will be instrumental to the Leadership Team and will play a key lead role in the expansion of the company, by doubling the turnover within the next 3 years which includes the adventure into fostering and educational services.
The successful candidate will report to the Board of Directors and must be comfortable in the role of the company figurehead and leader, promoting aspirations, goals and achievements to all employees and key stakeholders.
This role will be hybrid working.
